- May be stored in your iCloud account, if enabled
- Is private by default and only shared with others if you choose to do so
Your private content is not accessed or stored on our servers.
If you choose to share content through community or showcase features, that content will be securely stored only to enable those features.

Some features (such as community, sharing, or showcase areas) may require account creation.
You may choose to sign in using:
- Apple (Sign in with Apple)
We will:
- Use your credentials only for authentication purposes
- Not access your external accounts beyond what is required to sign you in
- Not post or act on your behalf
- Not sell or share your identity data
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Apple App Store
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment details.
3.2 Cloud Services
We use cloud infrastructure to deliver content (such as templates).
These services may automatically collect limited technical data, such as:

- Approximate location
- Device/network information
This data is used only for:
- Performance
- Security
- Content delivery optimization
We do not use this data to identify you personally.
4. Analytics & Tracking
We do not use third-party analytics tools that track users across apps or services.

Pinta does not display ads and does not use advertising networks.

- User content remains on your device or iCloud
- Support emails are deleted once resolved
