By downloading, accessing, or using Pinta – Coloring Book (“Pinta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. License
Pinta grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Pricing
2.1 Subscription Access
Some features of Pinta are available through paid subscriptions.
2.2 Price Guarantee
The price you subscribe to is locked for as long as your subscription remains active.
We will never increase the price of an active subscription. However, if your subscription is cancelled or expires, any future subscription may be offered at a different price.
2.3 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
3. Free vs Premium Features
Pinta offers both free and premium features.
3.1 Free Access Limitations
Certain content and functionalities are only available to premium users.
Free users may experience limited access, including but not limited to:
- Restricted access to certain templates, content packs, or tools
- Limited use of advanced features or effects
- Restrictions on editing or interacting with certain content
3.2 Premium Content & Features
Some templates, tools, or features are designated as premium content.
Access to and full use of such content may require an active subscription.
4. User Content
You may import images or create content within the app (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your content. However:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any imported content
- Certain features related to importing or editing content may be restricted to premium access
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Distribute, resell, or exploit the app commercially
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass feature restrictions or access controls
6. Availability & Changes
We may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Add or remove content or functionality
- Update pricing for new subscriptions
We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free
- The app will be uninterrupted
- Any content will always remain available
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinta shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, content, or profits
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.
